General Information
Shipping is available only within the European Union. Currently, we only ship to the countries of Austria, Belgium, Croatia, the Czech Republic, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, the Netherlands, and Portugal. Shipping is currently limited to the European mainland and Ireland.
Orders take 3-5 days for delivery, depending on the destination.
You will receive a delivery tracking number for every order via email.
Delivery Prices
The price of delivery for each item is 5€.

Depending on your delivery destination, the parcel will be shipped via DHL, DPD, or UPS.
Returns
Terms
To initiate a return, please contact us via email at contact@silience-stone.com.
If you initiate a return, we will send you a return label via email to send the parcel back to us. Returns can only be sent from the same country where the original order was delivered.
